Siebel 8.0.0.8 Installation

 We are applying fix pack of Siebel 8.0.0.8 [20430] on top of 8.0.0.4 [20417].
When I initiated the installation process, after Oracle Configuration Manager, I have observed the error. Attached are the logs.

From log, I see below and do not have this incompatible.txt file exist in my environment.

(Apr 30, 2010 2:36:02 PM), Setup.product.install, Utility, wrn, java.io.FileNotFoundException: \sba80\incompatible.txt (The system cannot find the file specified)

Please suggest me on the same.
