Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. can i return the data from oracle datafiles?

the database is corrupted and i haven't any backup or export(dump0 files for db.
can i return the data from oracle datafiles?

Datbase version : 8.1.6.0.0

platform : windows XP
