PO Approval Workflow errors out at 'Approve the PO'

Hi,

PO Approval Workflow in R12 is erroring out at activity 'Approve the PO'.

Failed Activity  Approve The PO
Activity Type  Function
Error Name  1
Error Message  User-Defined Exception
Error Stack  Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_REQAPPROVAL_ACTION.APPROVE_DOC,

But when I do 'Retry', it proceeds further.
Request you to let me know the issue/cause for the same.
