Upload a photo for a new heired employee

 Hello

I am working on release 12. Whenever I try to upload a photo of a new heried employee, the web page gives the error " You encountered an unexpected error. Contact system adminstratro.". This problem doesn't occure when I update existed photo for an old employee.

Can anybody suggest a reason for this behviour?
