Load Customer consumption data in Collaborative Planning

 We are consigining our inventory some of customer sites.

Some customer provides us new on hand quanity at their site and some customer provide the how much it is consumed. 

The data is is in excel file. I could see oracle default templates but temapltes seems to be in text file. Is there any way I can load the excel file?

How to load data if customer supplies new on hand quantity?
