Some Production Related Question on Performance Tuning

Hi All,

I am having some questions on tuning.

Please advise on the below said points.

Question 1:

In my peak production hour, I am seeing the following message in ADDM report.

"The database's maintenance windows were active during 100% of the analysis period" Is it advisable maintenance window starts on 6 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday)? Will it affect my DB performance in Peak production hours? If so, what's is the advise on the above? Question 2: Waiting for event "db file sequential read" in wait class "User I/O" accounted for 38% of the database time spent in processing the SQL statement with SQL_ID "6n66jyjkj3y9g".
