GL report GLRTB2 : would like to have value for second prompt repeated on every row

Hi, I am an Oracle system administrator working with Oracle Applications : 11.5.10.2 and Report Builder 6.0.8.25.0

I have been asked if the second prompt value on the Trial Balance Summary 2 report  (GLRTB2) can be displayed on every row (to import the report in Excel afterwards and run pivot tables).

I have had limited training in Report builder and can't figure out how to do this. I have the feeling it's in the PL/SQL formule of the field F_SECOND_VALUE_DSP, but don't have enough knowledge to change it.

Can someone help me out?
