AGIS - transactions generating tax lines

Hi,

AGIS initiated transactions are generating tax lines. I verified in eBusiness tax and there is no confguration associated with AP module and none of the regular (PO matched or non-matched) invoices are generating tax lines.

Can any one suggest which configuration I need to check to fix this issue.
