Using the Last Page Only Tag

 I'm trying to use the last page only tag (<?start@last-page:body?><?end body?>) in a RTF template but it will not validate.  I get the error "RTF Validation failed.  Run XDO Start".

I have a page break after the last <?end body?> tag of my report then I added the last page only tag to begin the next page and included some text.

I'm using Oracle BI Publisher Template Builder for Word 10.1.3.2.0 Build 87.
