How to generate Oracle database documentation ?

Hi,

I need to document Oracle database i.e tables,views,constraints,stored procedures,Packages,triggers etc. Any suggestions on the efficient and quick ways of doing this ?

Expecting to produce documentation in html and/or chm, pdf formats.

Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
