Category Attachment to Default onto PO Line and print on "PO Output for Communication" (POXPOPDF)

 I have been successfully able to add a "To Supplier" attachments to category codes, and those attachments do default onto PO Lines.  My attachment functionality does not carry over to the "PO Output for Communication" (POXPOPDF) though.  I am wondering what steps need to be taken to have these MTL_CATEGORIES attachments print on the orders?
