ORA-28001: the password has expired

 Hi,

1) How to avoid ORA-28001: the password has expired error on primary and backup systems?
2) How to find profile name?
3) How to find out that password is going to expire on primay and backup systems?
4)Would the following command work on primary and backup systems?
ALTER PROFILE <profile name> LIMIT password_life_time UNLIMITED;
5) What specific steps are to be followed in primary and backup system so that password never expires?
