Use of Workflow function to manage reports

Hi everyone,
I have few reports on my Dashboard. The reports are actually contacts list and filtered with different contact priorities. I need to work on a workflow function which pushes  the contact from one report to another , in case the priority of the contact will not change for three days.
I did try with new "Wait" function but it is not working up to mark for me.  can you suggest a better way !!!
