Agent Grid silent upgrade from 10.2.0.5 to 11.1.0.1.0

 Hello, Because of securities issues, i can not use the EM to upgrade my agents

Is there a way to upgrade an agent from 10.2.0.5 version to 11.1.0.1 using a silent upgade ?

without removing the 10205 agent version
