PR Approving Problem

To All,
We have problem in approving PR. After click on Approve the requisition summary shows the status in process but PR doesn't move on specific person for approval (Notification summary) . After few second we again check the status of PR it shows incomplete status. I don't know what is happening?

 Some one guide me the procedure to find out the causes behind this?
