R12 Windows Installation

 Hi all,   I am trying to install R12 on windows, I have downloaded all the required files from Oracle and am struggling to kick it all off.  I have read quite a few guides by now and still am stuck. I have installed cygwin and VC++. Now the problem comes in where all the guides tell me to run the rapidwiz from my start cd. But my problem is that I do not have the rapidwiz in the start cd at all. All the guides point to the Start Cd, Disk 1 directory but after I have extracted the files from the 4 zips there is no such thing.
