importing 3 million order lines per week

 Hi ,

We have a requirement where in we need to import 3 million order lines per week. What are the best recommendations to achieve this in optimum time. We have only 3 hrs window to process.

Please let know if this is possible , always please let know on the hardware size required and best possible method to achieve this.
