Freight Accruals

 Hi All,
Can anyone help me understand freight accrual in QP. Our client has a requirement to accrue for freight on Sales Order and have it charged to Freight Clearing Account. I see Advanced Pricing has "Accrual Discounts" functionality similar to this requirement. But implementation or user guides doesn't give enough info.
