Running diagnostic tests in localized or customized responsibilities

Diagnostic Framework now allows you to execute diagnostic tests for responsibilities that are for localized products or for responsibilities that are customized. There is some setup involved to this feature and the setup is explained in the following documents:

- For 11i, check note 745934.1
- For Rel 12, check note 762875.1
