Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

Configure database options - Greyed out

 All;

I recently upgraded a server (AIX 5.3) to 11GR2.  When I try to set up the dbconsole using dbca, the configure options is greyed out.  I am on EEdition.  Is there a different tool for setting this up..??
