Supported Oracle clients for MS Windows 2008 R2 64-bit

 I have new windows server  virtual server using MS Windows 2008 r2 74-bit.  We are migration applications that used oracle 9i on the prior server for connectivity to Oracle on a unix platform.  I reviewed the certifications tab and some client download pages, but I can not find a clear list of what Oracle client versions are supported on which windows platforms?

Is the 9i client supported?

What is the best way to check what is supported?
