I have a database that is in a Blackout state.  I try to stop the blackout but it says " You have chosen to stop blackout "null". Do you want to proceed?

When I choose "Yes" I get   Error stopping the blackout "null": ORA-20703: ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_BLACKOUT_UI", line 81 ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_BLACKOUT_UI", line 1352 ORA-06512: at line 1 .

How do I clear a blackout with a NULL name?

Config:
Grid Control 10.2.0.5

Server: CentOS release 5.4(Final) 2.6.18.164.11.1.el5(64-bit)

Database in question: 10.2.0.4

Thanks - JR
