Incorrect GL Calendar Setup. how to address

 
Hi User has incorrectly setup GL Calendar "Standard" where
for YEAR 2011 they define as from 01-JUL-2011 30-JUN-2012
and YEAR 2012 they define from 01-JUL-2012 to 30-JUN-2013

which actually shoule be define as follows:
YEAR 2011 they define as from 01-JUL-2010 30-JUN-2011
and YEAR 2012 they define from 01-JUL-2011 to 30-JUN-2012
