Can possible to change reason ?

Hi,

While Inter org Transfer user have selected wrong Reason and save the transaction. After completed transaction we know this wrong reason.

Can possible to change reason ? becasue our many customize report based on reason , if reason is wrong our report output is display wrong.

So Pl. help.
