Where does Flashback Table get its information from when Flashback is enabled

I have a table with row movement enabled and also have the Database instance with Flashback on. I understand that flashback database uses flash_recovery_area and that the flsahback before drop uses the recyclebin.

My ambiguity is on the standard flashback table to a restore point. where does oracle get its recovery data from ? is it from UNDO or from the flash recovery area ?

How do i size for Flashback table ? should i be sizing the UDO or the flash_recovery_area
