How to retrieve General Information attributes of Privilege-Change Status in Agile?

Privilege reports(Privilege_Mask_Detail_Report and Roles_and_Privilege_Summary_Report.csv) do not provide the information of the Privilege-Change Status attributes like Status - To or Status - From.Is there any API available to be applied to extract this Privilege information? If none, is there anyway to retrieve the General Information attributes like Status - To or Status - From?
