Turning Oracle PLM off

 I am implementing Agile PLM to replace my Oracle PLM module. I run full financials as well as Inventory, BOM, Order Management in Oracle.

Has anyone turned off the Oracle PLM module after implementing Agile?? anything I should be aware of? such as tables being used within Oracle PLM that I need to keep populated?
