The basic data entered was the cost, term and interest rate. (1,000,000,000 for 60 months at 14%). The payments are calculated to increase 10% in annual increments. So the first 12 payments are 19341.22, the next 12 payments are 21275.34, the next 12 payments are 23402.87, the next 12 payments are 25743.16 and the final 12 payments are 28317.48.
How can these payments be calculated in a Lease Quote?
The above scenario is for a step up deal. The same issue applies for any blended rate pricing such as step downs, skip payments and all combinations.
