Project and iExpense

I am having an issue with  iExpense reports showing the project details in the AP.  I can chose the correct project/task/expenditure in iExpense. See them in the iExpense audit but when the expense report is imported into AP the project information is not on the invoice.  It is also not picked up in the interface to projects process.  Any ideals what setup I might me missing?
