PO Approval and check funds is too slow.
Our PO approval is taking more than 10 minutes to finish and check funds is more than 3 minutes. Before we applied Procurement Update Aug 2009 (p8781255), the duration was only about 5-10 sec for check funds and 3-5 sec for PO approval.

We tried searching Metalink but the closest thing we get is Performance Based - PO Approval Final Process Is Too Slow [ID 339508.1] which only applicable for 11.5.9 since Concurrent Wait for Available TM is no longer being used for PO approval in 12.0.6.
Hope someone can help because we are already experiencing a major backlog. From 50+ PO to be created and approved before, we are down to 10-15 PO.
