personalization of Manager Self Service Leave of Absence page

 We have many different leave of absence types. In some cases we do not need the start time  and end time to be recorded, we only need start date and end date.

Is there any way I can modify the manager self service page to hide the start and end time cells depending on the absence type being entered?
