Hello,

I am wondering about a 'feature' in IB (r12) that is creating an inefficiency for us. This feature does not exist in our 11i environments. When doing a change of Ownership in IB the user is now required to either a) blank out the Bill To and Ship To Parties or b) enter a location for the Bill and Ship To.

If the Bill/Ship To are not required why default the Parties when changing ownership?

Again, this creates an inefficiency for us. We rely on Installed Location for all communications and entitlements after the original sell. Is there a simple fix for this?
