Transfer of Ownership - Impacted Contracts Warning, but there are no impacted contracts

I am finding that when there are Terminated or Expired Contracts associated with instances that we receive a warning of Impact Contracts - Warning/Acknowledgement/Yes/No page - but it clearly states under Contract Number "No results found".

This is an extra unneccessry step that creates an inefficiency in managing IB data.

If I am working with an instance that has never had a contract I do not get the impacted contracts Warning page.

Is there a simple known fix or do I need to log an SR to obtain a patch?
