Import tax lines from external systems

In R12, Is there an option in Oracle AR / eBusiness Tax to import tax lines from external systems.

Customers log orders in website and orders are processed by a order management system outside of Oracle. Taxes are calculated in website while validating the customer order and payments are processed for the tax amount calculated in website. and we have to process Invoices for same details using Oracle AR.  

To the extent I know Oracle AR re-calculates taxes for lines imported via auto invoice. Is there an option in R12 AR/eBusiness tax to import tax lines from external systems with out calculating in Oracle AR.
