R12: Upgrade vs. Reimplementation

  Hi

We are initiating Up gradation from 11i to 12i After reading doc Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade Center - Evaluate [ID 461706.1]. I still haven't got clear picture Upgrade vs Reimplemntation. How can i decide wether to upgrade to 12i or re-implement modules in 12i.
