Journal Wizard - Create Document - Save

 We are upgarding to 12.0.6. Testing Journal Wizard on Vista PC we have different results.

Navigation: Journal Wizard - (Functional Actual Journal - Single) Create Document - Save (not open). My user hits the save button and receives the message downloading document, but the screen just continues to flicker, never displaying the popup with status and completion message. Nothing gets created.

I try on my Vista PC and the process (Same navigation) works. Same JAVA version 1.6.0.7, same IE

What should I look for to resolve the users issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
