Installing and Upgrading AutoVue for Agile 20

Looking at install for AutoVue 20.  It says I need to redeploy the applicaiton.ear.   Should I undeploy first?  I assume using agileDomain\bin\DeployAgilePLM.cmd is appropriate command to deploy (correct?).  Should I run UndeployAgilePLM.cmd first?   Also, it says if you are upgrading from 19.x to remve the CMF files using MetaFilesRemover.jar.  The MetaFileRemover.jar has several switches which I don't know what values to use.  Can someone help me with these values?  Thanks in advance!

MetaFilesRemover.jar Usage:

Usage: java -jar MetaFilesRemover.jar [-delete <value> ] [-age <value> ] [-size <value> ] -basedir <value> -prefix <value> -serverURL <value> -username <value>
