uploading an file to forms 6i

 Hi all,

i have an requirement of uploading any format of file or texto picture to oracle database through forms and i need to viwe those files back when i wnated to.. so is there any possibilty of doing it other than the web utility becoz it supports only 10g but i am using 6i...
