How to Import P3 files into P6.2.1

 Primavera community,

Can you help with recommendations to import P3 files into P6.2.1 - for some reason this feature is un-selected from the Import feature in P6.  One user in our London office is using P6 v7 and said he can import P3 files fine - is this True?
