Unable to create a termination quote with repossession for a contract. (R12.1.2)

Dear Experts,
I am trying to create a termination quote with repossession for a contract and I am getting the following error: "Termination for Repossession is only enabled when the Account Derivation is set to Accounting Methods Builder". We are using the accounting template sets and not the Accounting methods builder. What do I do now? Is there a possible workaround for this?
