Hi,
I had a 4 node cluster. i removed third node and then i wanted to add it again.I installed oracle cluster ware successfully. When i wanted to install oracle software on cluster ware  i got below errors:
                                                          SEVERE: The selected remote nodes 'idb5' are not accessible.
                                                          The virtual host name 'idb5-vip' for node 'idb5' is already in use
