UKPAY: Payment of Holiday hours whilst still on Sick leave

Hi

We have been requested to enable the payment of Holiday hours for employees still on long term sick that are not able to take holidays before the end of the holiday year.  The sick record needs to remain ongoing with an additional record showing the holiday hours being used.

The payment needs to be the holiday payment with an offset for any SSP amount still payable.

Does anybody know if Oracle r12 can  accommodate this and if so how?
