Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service responsibility in Multiple Business Group Setup
In a multiple business group setup is it a common practice to have the same Employee and Manager Self Service responsibility across all business groups or it is better to have different Employee and Manager Self Service responsibilities for each business group ?
I am assuming that that the set of functions for the responsibilities are the same for all the business groups.
Do we need to set the HR:Security Profile and HR: Businsess Group profiles for the Employee and Manager Self Service responsibilities?
