Control concurrent request submission timing
As Oracle doesn't provide any functionality to control what concurrent requests can run during what times/dates, I was wondering if anyone has accomplished this using any customizations.
For example, we want to restrict users from interfacing assets to Fixed assets after FA closed and before GL closed - is there a way I can put in a restriction that during a certain time/day window, certain processes cannot be submitted? Of even if they are submitted, they will not be processed?
I has an SR with Oracle on this earlier, and they suggested something about controlling the priority of the request and customizing fnd concurrent requests table.
