How to add file type tsv using Window 7

 Hi

When I tried to do an export to excel from core apps normally it will come up as a tsv file type.  In XP normally I just need to add the file type and open it by excel but this functionality to add file disappeared in Windows 7.

Any advice on how to add file type in Windows 7 would be much appreciated.
