SLA regular expression for method parameters

 Hi,
I want to prohibit from sending international sms. Selective vendors using SMS communication service should not be able to send international sms. To do this i need to modify the sla to reject destination_address based upon a regular expression (reject all except tel:92.*). But there seems no way to use regular expression in sla method/parameter tags.


Any help?
