Not able to add any accounting template with transaction type "Insurance" (R12.1.2)

Dear Experts,
I am trying to create an accounting template for a Transaction type "Insurance" for stream type "Insurance Receivable". When I query this transaction type, I am unable to find this transaction type. My question is, what setups are required to get this transaction type in the accounting template setup screen?
