Performance issue drurint archivelog mode

Dear all,
thanks for your previous replies...

Please can anybody tell me that if we put our database in archivelog mode, so due to this is there any effect on the Database Performance ?

Please do the needful, if any article or note regarding this topic you know,
then please let me know !!!
