High Physical Memory Usage in RAC environment

 Hi All,

I am observing one thing in my database. My physical memory usage is always 99.6% and above in one LPAR and other LPAR usage is around 86% (I am viewing this information using NMON utility).

 [ NOTE : 1. By this time my CPU usage shows between 10% and 35%. 
   2. Concurrent users in the database is 950 ]


Is the physical memory usage of this much, will cause any problem to my database? Do I need take any precautinary step for this?

When I restart the DB the NMON comes down to 25% in both the LPAR's. After sometime it started increasing gradually and its not comes down in non-peak hours also.
