iReceivables Custom Transaction Search

Hi,

I followed the note: iReceivables Custom Transaction Search, an Oracle White Paper [ID 263246.1]

And created a custom search. That's the good news.

The bad news is that the custom search does not show the transaction totals nor the select all transactions checkbox.

Does anyone have an answer as to how to get those fields and checkbox shown for custom searches?
